For orders over €40, shipping is free.

Free pickup from the nearest pickup point.
Important: The order must be prepaid and payment can only be made by card or bank transfer during the online checkout process.
BoxNow:
Pickup from a BoxNow machine costs €3.50 (including VAT)
Courier:
Within Attica: €2.50 (including VAT)
Other regions: €3.50 (including VAT)
Cash on delivery: €1.00
Important: The cost for each kilogram above 2 kg is €1.50.

Shipments are made with authorized couriers specialized in sensitive products such as contact lenses.
Maximum allowable weight per shipment is 2 kg. Any additional kilogram incurs a €1.50 surcharge.
International shipments are only available upon request.

Important: Returns or cancellations are only possible after contacting our online store.

Otherwise, only the value of the products is refunded, excluding shipping costs for both delivery directions (to the customer & return to the store).
Contact Lenses:
Returns within 14 days only for unopened packages. Customized lenses (e.g., astigmatic, multifocal) are non-returnable.
OpticalDirect replaces or refunds defective products (excluding shipping costs).
Glasses & Accessories:
Returns within 14 days only for intact products.
Must include all accessories (case, cleaning cloth, certificate, receipts).
